Well done👍 i always laugh at that bit too “you can speed up” im at the “i can do it slow down a bit” stage by then😂 it will ve another night run for me as early start at work this morning. Only 5 more runs😊happy Running everyone.

Lovely... was it very, very chilly... 0.3 here...glad I ran yesterday ! I think you answer to,"... speed up if you like" was a lot more polite than mine to Laura's "...Finish in style !"

Congratulations and good luck with the rest of the week. Did my first run yesterday and had a tech issue where the timer stopped at 15 secs in think I had run for at least 4 mins by then so ended up completing week 9 Run 1 by mistake at least 30 mins running and 3.2 miles later I was exhausted. Hope 28 mins feels better tomorrow. 😀
