Back after a 2 week break and lived it!

So happy to have run today after a two week break due a stinky cold. Well as it was a poppy run I decided to be a little more courageous and run along a public road for the first time. I was worried my fitness would have diminished but I had a great run. No idea how far I ran or for how long (Fitbit flat) but it was all good. Spotify tunes, blue sunny skies, crisp fresh air and my legs did me proud.

I so missed running, my food choices weren't good and I worried I would u do all my hard work. Not happening! I'm back on track. Might have to give Mummycav playlist on Spotify a try that Jancanrun made for her next time. Roll on the next run (after a couple of days recovery) 😁
