I have. I run 7 days out of 14, by going out every second day. One week I do mon, wed, fri and the next week I do sun, tue, thu, sat. As long as you look after yourself and make sure you stretch etc to avoid injury, I don’t think it should be an issue. Enjoy! X

Every other day seems to be fine as others have said so 4 days in every other week.

"Felt fine" ... thing is people say injuries can come without warning, and I would say you can't really tell what's happening in your tendons and bones... (did you know bones get weaker before strengthening?). Rest days and the sleep in between are important for a reason, no-one's going to "tell you off" if you're hoping to feel like some sort of rebel... just being responsible and supportive and lowering risk of injury.

Running every other day is fine.

I did this throughout C25K, which gives you the advantage of completing in just over 8 weeks.

You might need an extra rest day every now and then, but as long as you have at least one between runs, you should be okay.

We don't (often) tell people off, only offer advice.
