Managed to get home early today, thought about having a cuppa, a biscuit and a snooze, but instead put on my shorts and trainers. Went out and did W3ish.... did 5x 3mins. Loved it, and watched the sun going down on my 5min walk at the end. Feel so much more awake and far less hungry that when I got home. Even if I never get to graduate, I will keep doing this as it’s just really good. I even took Ted Dog along and walked him first. Sadly he is too old to run alongside these days.

I feel a bit like Ted Dog... small runner in training has been using me as a walking coach, a gym and a tasty snack today
