Iga - Your Run is due in 17 Minutes....

This is your early running alarm call.

Getting ready to saddle up, to boot those gremlins....

Go girl.

I'm already freezing my bottom during warm-up walk. See you on the other side :)

Good luck warming it up then! I’m with you girl....

I have been thinking about IgaT too :) I hope she's getting ready. I think the dog needs walking but then she should be good to go! She may be scared of gremlins but she should be more afeared of ME!

I think you are a formidable foe, especially for gremlins....

I eat them for breakfast... (although I prefer to conceptualise them as negative cognitions, that arise out of life experiences and that have become habitual maladaptive thought processes) :)

I never felt so special. I'm speachless.

You gave me wings!

*** Strong word are used further, please be aware and keep children from away from the screen***

I put W6R2 workout (10 min run - 3 min walk - 10 min run) with coldblooded souless Mr Robot, but with My Power Up Pump It Up Music (with some motivational rap, surprisingly I like this soundtrack).

So...

I did not do it, I did not jog it, I did not smash it - I totally and completely DESTROIED it!!! :D

I started too fast as I was freezing, bit managed with quite fast pace for good couple of minutes (maybe 5?), then I slowed down to standard "slow and steady". When Mr Robot told me to walk, I responded "Screw You" (sorry for bad language) and I continue to jog. I shouted I am not afraid of long continuous run and I am ready for it. Just watch me! If I wouldnhave it, I would say "Hold my beer" ;)

After a while I turned around heading home. I felt these wings, and I increase my speed to something that could be called Running, not only jogging or shuffling (which are my usual pace of choice), few minutes passed and I speed up even more. When Mr Robot told me that 1 minute left, I probably broke a sound barrier (almost :P). I felt people looking after me when I just passed them leaving just wind behind me. I felt I could run for hours, well my lungs started to pump a lot, sweat started to run on my face, glasses was getting foggy, but my legs were flying. When the time was done, I jumped, punhed the air, did the Rocky walk with hands in the air, sing a little, dance a little. I finished 5 min cool down to realize that for the first time I am perfectly in front of my door for stretch :)

THANK YOU MY RUNNING FAMILY!!!

Gremlins in pani didn't even show up and my run probably left them far behind.

Now it's time to finish stretching, eat something, and I will probably go for a Victory Bath :)

I believe I can fly!

I can move the mountains!

I can do whatever I put my will to it!

I can concuire the world!

I can concuire Universe!

There are no limits!!!

You are the best!!!

Kisses :*

Eureka! Euphoria! And lots of other E-words. And L-words, as I love you all!!!

The world is your oyster!

Wow! What a run, congratulations :) You left those pesky gremlins way behind. Thinking of you jumping, dancing singing and punching the air made me smile :)

There should be some note of warning on C25K that (a) it may be addictive, (b) you may feel high after some runs :P I think somebody sprayed some drugs above me while I was running. Clearly humans cannot move the mountains, but just give me one and I will show you!

Ha, ha - yes, this running thing is addictive!

And it may make you feel high! Really!

Runner's high is a real thing. We release some amazing endorphins...better than any drug out there (and a hell of a lot safer, too), but as we're all finding, is also quite addicting. At least it's a healthy addiction!
