Well done to you Doberman1234 for completing what you call "that dreaded run 3 of week 5 as well as the 10 mile bike ride😊. As a fellow cyclist 🚴 and now a graduate of C25K I understand why you are a bit sore. Yesterday I ran my first full 5k and 2 hours later I went a short cycle 🚴 ride to exercise my legs and yes I was also feeling a bit sore, just a little😊
I’ve got the 20 min run tomorrow! Dreading it tbh! Doing it at gym on treadmill so will start slower than normal and build up speed.
