Feeling Great

Just completed W4R1 and feeling absolutely great. Really can’t wait for my next run day to come around. Can’t believe how much fitter I feel and I really am beginning to think I can complete the whole program. Slightly disappointed that the weighing scales aren’t showing any signs of improvement but I live in hope that as I progress through the program that’ll change. Loving life!

Well done.

The plan works amazingly quickly to build your stamina and continues to do so right through.

Unless you alter your diet, you are unlikely to lose weight simply by running C25K workouts. You need to run for an hour or more for your body to start burning significant amounts of fat.

But of course you will be able to do that in months to come.........so much to look forward to.
