Week 8 run 3 slow so slow but steady

Week 8 is now completed. Yay. I can't believe it. It doesn't seem that long ago that I started. There was a lovely sunrise to cheer me on my way this morning. The longer warm up walk is definitely the way to go for me with these longer runs. I now have two rest days then on to week 9.

That all sounds very good. I do a longer warm up always and find it helps me get going. In winter you can warm up inddors too so you’re good and hot before you hit the street
