Can't believe I jogged for 3 minutes, lbeit snail jogging. Will be 60 in late December my best present to myself would be to complete this. Fingers crossed!

Keep it slow and keep it steady... make sure you take those rest days....and pop in non-impact exercise on those days too... keep posting for amazing support and encouragement. There are quite a few seasoned travellers here:)

Camalota,you are only a spring chicken(-: Snail jogging is fine, I am a fellow snail jogger.

Believe me you will make it to the end of the course.Just go at your own pace and remember to take the rest day in between runs. I personally snail jogged Mon,Wed, Friday and took Sat & Sun off.
