You morning runners did it again!!yahoo! W6r2 done👍o it was tough last 5mins snAils nearly overtook me!! But i just slowed down & ignored them & gremlins saying just walk you will be quicker, which is probably true😂benefits of the morning was i can run in daylight on my favourite cycle track going through countryside! So all in all a good start to the day😊 o weather 13.5 in Scotland so warmer than Corwall for a change😉i was sweating as put on layers😂😂might lose a few pounds too😂happy Running everyone & i might join this morning club😉

Thanks morning posters & u2album😂
Congratulations! Go you! Morning runs are amazing!
I didn't manage to wake up, so mine will be in the afternoon.
Its reading all the posts if i waken early that gets me going! But so glad i went this morning as its now dark & raining when it was a lovely morning 😊. Im away this weekend so it will have to be an early morning run on Friday too, so hope i waken in time! You had a great run too so well done 😊
Wow, well done! Go you! I haven't tried this morning running lark yet - might need to find a route with a coffee shop half way round
I often feel that walking might be quicker too! Had a cycle ride at the weekend and covered 10k - for a moment I thought “why am I running” - then I remembered. Enjoy the running.
I'm a morning runner, too, and I've been so happy this week with the time change. Pretty soon my footpath will be too dark (even with a headlamp - there are roots that want to catch me!) and I'll be on the pavement, but for now I'm waking the cows up and waving to the early travelers to Gatwick Airport! Worth getting up early to have my run done and dusted before the rest of the house has woken up!!!
I agree😊it is now pouring rain and dark outside & im already thinking YES!! Run done till Friday & that will be a morning run as need to get it done before i go away for the weekend! I love your description of waking the cows & i can see you waving to early travellers 😊happy Running 🏃🏃
