woohoo, can't believe i actually stuck this out and just graduated, w9 r3 felt great although the earphones packed in at 10 minutes but all good. amazing to think just a few short weeks ago 60 seconds felt like forever now i'm doing 30 whole minutes. monday and thursday are now my running days. (dont know how to do the graduate thingy) so happy

ahh took a bit more than that, i think i was finished week 4 before i came on here so probably 12 weeks but still pleased with that.
