Today I ran the poppy run in wythenshawe Park manchester. It was very moving starting with the last Post and then 2 mins silence . Then a great 5 k run with many folk of all abilities . The weather was fantastic blue sky and October sun . A lovely Sunday morning run ,followed by a cuddle with my new grandson . How lucky am I
