Week one done! Today felt like I was a bit more tired, at the moment the idea of managing an extra 30 seconds each run sounds pie in the sky but I have to remember that last week the idea of running full stop seemed a nonsense, onwards and upwards!

Trust the plan.

In a very short time you will notice your improved fitness.......it works.

Each run prepares you for the next one.

Just follow the plan and trust it. Believe you can do it and you will. Good luck you can do it! Five weeks ago I was exactly where you were feeling the same and I’ve just completed a 20 minute non stop run. Believe me if I can do it anyone can! 😀
