Oh no, I set off so excited this morning this was going to be a great run! Lovely weather, no hurry everything was perfect until I tried to run up a hill! I haven’t tried this hill before but I was sure I could do it. How wrong I was! I took it slow and steady but 3/4 of the way up I couldn’t breathe and suddenly got a really bad headache. I was thinking what shall I do, and could hear Oldfloss and others from this forum shouting ‘STOP’ so I stopped and walked for a few minutes and the headache went and I could breathe again. Managed to finish the run at a very slow pace. I am so disappointed. I will beat that hill though (but probably need to get a bit fitter first). Hope you all had better runs. xx

Don't worry, learn the lessons and move on.
You could have just turned round and run back down. In fact why not do this as part of your runs. Each time try to get a bit further.
Please don't use the "F" word!

Aagh Jenny!! No f word - at worst you had an unavoidably interrupted practice Run. (UIPR).
