Hey, be positive. You did W5R1, and run 2 isn't radically different. You'll surprise yourself!

You are obviously thinking how can I move from 5 minutes running to 8 minutes.
That is incorrect.
In the last workout you ran for 15 minutes, and brisk walked for 6. On your next workout you will run for 16 minutes and brisk walk for 5. Hardly any difference.
A few weeks ago you said you struggled with W1 runs..........look how far this programme has brought you. It will continue to take a positive you to graduation.
Week 5 is about belief.
We believe you can do this.

You won't.. you are ready for it...lose the apprehension and get the anticipation.. you will do this.. we know you can.. now, just you believe it

Give over you daft bugger you'll be fine, every run so far is strengthening you ready for the next run --- just remember slow and steady and you'll be fine
Hey worry not. I've felt that about every single run I've done... it'll be fine, and afterwards you'll worry what all the fuss was, trust me, I've been there!
I try and put a brave face on things on this forum, but generally I'm pooping myself!! But it's alright in the end

Take it nice and slow and you’ll be fine. Good luck and happy running 🏃🏻
I felt that way too, but I did it, and so can you!
Just go slow, one foot in front of the other and it will all come together. I found my running (continuous plodding) mojo in week 5, it's a great week for really seeing how far you've come, you can do this!!
