So today I had planned my usual earlyish run but woke up with lots of gremlins in my head! I had no belief in myself that I would actually be able to run for 20 minutes, so I talked myself out of going. By mid afternoon I was so p**sed off with myself that I dragged myself out. Now I have to admit I didn’t run for a continuous 20 minutes ( I had 2 roads to cross) but I did pause the app until I got going again. So I’m still taking it as another run completed. When he told me I had run for 15 minutes I could honestly have cried I was so proud of myself. Feeling motivated for the next run.
