Week 5 run 3

So today I had planned my usual earlyish run but woke up with lots of gremlins in my head! I had no belief in myself that I would actually be able to run for 20 minutes, so I talked myself out of going. By mid afternoon I was so p**sed off with myself that I dragged myself out. Now I have to admit I didn’t run for a continuous 20 minutes ( I had 2 roads to cross) but I did pause the app until I got going again. So I’m still taking it as another run completed. When he told me I had run for 15 minutes I could honestly have cried I was so proud of myself. Feeling motivated for the next run.

Well done you and road crossing definitely is an allowable stop, it's almost impossible to run continuously when on roads

Thank you, had I went at my usual earlier time I usually get across them no problem
