I have NEVER run in my life (never had to do it at school due to being asthmatic) and have just compared Run1 of wk 4, I found the 5 minute runs easier than the 3 min I think it was because they were born in the flat whereas the 3 min was on a slight incline. Can't actually believe it! The only thing is I think I am quite slow as I was passed by 2 other people in the village who have been doing this for a while, will I speed up over time or will I just be the slow one lol
Would love to hear how others find it.

It's not a race. Plenty of slow people on here. It's great you are making progress. I also never ran until may this year. I love it. I run. That's what matters to me. Don't compare yourself to others (especially not if they might have been running for years). Compare yourself to yourself 4 weeks ago and feel great.
I am on week 5 and have found every week difficult, but do able. As plenty of others will say on here, do not worry about speed, it will come later. Weeks 3 and 4, i had to teach myself to slow down, and now I am just starting to creep back up now that my stamina is improving. But if I am really struggling, I just slow down a bit. I am still moving. It's the action of running that is so unique, no matter how slow you are doing it. A lot of people say their runs are actually only as fast as their brisk walk speed, but it doesn't matter. Focus on your achievement so far, sounds like you are doing brilliantly.
Slow is fine, it really isn't important! You're learning to increase your stamina and belief in your own abilities, speed will come later! Well done!!!
