Hm well not going to try and run on grass again ...I plodded. Plus it was windy. But I stuck with it. W2r2. Still here though :)

Well done Rose! I just did W2r1 - on a treadmill as I live overseas and it’s a tad hot at the moment (!). I’m being careful and stretching etc as I’m a little nervous about injury but all good so far. Here’s to progressing week on week together.

The treadmill sounds fun. Yeah I worry about injury, if I fall...not good. :(

Plod or no Plod you've got another one under your belt - well done! I did my W2R2 this morning and also struggled after finding Monday's much easier. Must be something in the air today! Let's hope no. 3 is a good one for us both ☺

Well done, keep going, plodding is still more than sitting and doing nothing it can and will only get better 👍

Ah well done Rose, keep going. Sometimes especially in the first few weeks, it can feel daunting because it hurts and you're out of puff, but try and stick with it and you will pull through. Rooting for you x

Oh not going to give up. The problem a head is starting a new job and when to fit my run in. :(

Do you find it easier running on tarmac over grass? x
