Double celebration

After failing to complete Week 7 Run 1 on Saturday, I managed to do it tonight. I went at a slower pace than I usually go but it did the trick.

Also, I weighed myself today which I haven’t done since 7th August. In total, I have lost one and a half stone. I thought I had lost some weight but I had no idea it was that much :)

Wow, wow and WOW! All of that is very awesome! Slow is our friend, we get more done that way. Well done for everything :)

Brilliant! Well done on both counts. That's a pretty impressive weight loss. And I'm glad you're getting through the programme. I had a wobble in Week 7 and I just didn't see coming at all as it had all seemed so easy until then. You're right about keeping it slow. I think that finding your steady pace is the key at this point. Happy running!

Thanks. It's nice to know others face the same hurdles and get past them.
