Graduation Celebration!

Graduated in Monday, 5k on Saturday - a rainbow-themed run & roller skate around (part of) the lake! Too too much fun.

It took me 52 minutes (snicker) but truly, I felt like I could have run much longer (but not faster). No stopping, no walking, just a sweet plod plod plod with a HUGE stupid grin on my face.

So now back to consolidating that 30 minutes to get comfortable with a speedier cadence then onto the bridge to 10k for my next goal is 8k!

Note: as a North American no one says "well done you" but it makes me feel so happy and fuzzy inside to be told this. Thank you!
