Well after a little hiccup last week I managed to do my 2nd run off wk6 , it went ok even though I only managed one run last week because off work π, I must say though my legs felt a little sluggish at the end off my 10 min run but Iβm kind off looking forward to my last run off wk6 which is a 25 min for one and hoping my legs last out π!!!!!

Just make sure you sleep well, hydrate well the day before and approach with a positive attitude and it is yours for the taking.
