Week 9 Run 2 slower than a slow thing

After a week on the injury couch sulking I couldn’t wait any longer. I finally got out and ran. Ran slow, then slower and for good measure slowed it down even more but I did it. I ran for the 30 minutes and finished feeling really strong. It even cleared my head!

One more to go and then... graduation!

All the advice that talks about going slow worked for me. Thank you 😊

Slow is this years fast. More slow runners finish than fast ones

Slower than a slow thing that fell out of the slow tree and was then poked by a slow stick, that's the way to do it and we'll all be waiting to clap you home and cheer as you climb the podium
