Week 5 is not about smashing anything physically, but mentally you should have lowered, if not smashed, some psychological barriers. Approach with positive respect for the challenges and you will be fine,

Relax and enjoy the journey.

LOL "Smashing" it was simply a turn of phrase! As someone who hasn't run for over four decades, I treat it ALL with respect :-) I'm always positive, just realistic sometimes ;-)
