Another noticeable improvement in my legs and breathing! Had a bit of a battle against the wind on the first 5 minute run, but Storm Brian did it's best to help me along on the second 5 minute run πŸ˜‚ love love love this programme 😁 Bellydancing tonight too, so I'll feel justified in indulging in a few bevvies with the Morrismen πŸ˜€πŸ»

Well done Snodi! Check you out doing two lots of exercise in one day! Brian has put me off today so I’m being a wuss and staying in the warm πŸ˜‚ enjoy belly dancing x

When the app finished I wasn't quite home, and then I had a little jog to my local shop and back. I left Map My Run running so it clocks up the whole distance rather than just the C25K app x

Phew... brilliant.. I thought we had a real long distance runner here.... go you...:) Like when I wore my Garmin and forgot to turn it off when I cycled home.. fastest 6K ever....:)

Haha! No, not a long distance runner, total beginner! I did that once on a bike ride, I'd got the settings on 'walk' πŸ˜‚
