Another noticeable improvement in my legs and breathing! Had a bit of a battle against the wind on the first 5 minute run, but Storm Brian did it's best to help me along on the second 5 minute run π love love love this programme π Bellydancing tonight too, so I'll feel justified in indulging in a few bevvies with the Morrismen ππ»

Phew... brilliant.. I thought we had a real long distance runner here.... go you... Like when I wore my Garmin and forgot to turn it off when I cycled home.. fastest 6K ever....
