W5R3 done. Wow that was a bit of a surprise. I only know what the run will bring just before my run when JW explains. Running for 20 mins 😨😨 never thought possible but I did it. My breathing is getting better and my recover time shorter but.....my legs started to get heavier near the end but I'm sure that will get easier too. I'm actually looking forward to my Sunday run.

Well done you, this is a tricky one! you ran for 20 minutes - yay! It does get better and you will feel so good for doing it - keep at it

I found this to be the hardest but it's all in the mind, you have trained with the programme and it will get you through.

Up the rest day exercise from now on.. strength and stamina exercises and plenty of stretching after every run.
Relax into the runs, just breathe naturally and let the legs start to carry you forward.
No run is any harder than another, if you follow on gradually, the disciplines may change but you are capable of doing them
Remember next week, you are ready for the runs...just take it steadily and you will be fine
