Well competed my run today it went lovely it felt so comfortably I was very supprise but really enjoyed it .im a bit out off sorts this wk I’m working quiet late all wk so I’ve not been able to get all my runs in like I normally do 😟, so I’m not sure if I’m going to get another one in for this week so I’m thinking that if I don’t then I’ll have to start wk 6 again 😕
