Hi all, I started two weeks ago and I’m feeling good . I’ve lost 23lb so far since having a bit of a lifestyle change ( I’m not huge but have a few pounds I’d like to shift ) I want to start to feel healthier and this is certainly helping!

So I started on Lighter life which is a calorie controlled diet , I prefer to see it as a life style change as when I have reached my target weight I want to maintain by exercising I don’t want it to be a quick fix x

It’s week 6 , I haven’t necessarily lost weight from running it would be from changing my diet ( it’s a strict one) but week 2 running using couch25k x
