Think May have had a bit of a mishap...sea very rough today and was enjoying the waves but one knocked me flying and my knee definitely twisted!! Is giving frequent twinges so will have to see what it’s like when I walk back to house!! Fingers crossed will be gutted if Have done any damage!! 😮

take it from one who knows, knee injuries are not fun. I'll leave it to others to say the clever stuff, but thinking of you!!
No idea if it just gonna be today or what. It feels fine if legs out straight but as soon as I bring it up to move it bloody hurts!! We shall see!

Bloody hurts I know that!! Wouldn’t mind if had been running! Just have to see how it feels by end of today for a fair walk back from the beach so I guess that will tell me!! The waves were fun though 😜😊😊
