W6r2 was feeling confident but couldn't get though the first 10 mins with out walking for 2 minutes😥! I was running into the wind and was just exhausting! I ran the second 10 mins with the wind behind me and I got through that! First time I've not managed to complete a run! Disapointed! Will try again on Monday!

Don’t let it get you down, all runs are good practice and help build stamina. Good luck on Monday, and take it slowly 👍😁

But that still means you managed to run for 8 mins the first time and the wind is bad, so well done

The wind is exhausting no matter how long you've been running. You did great . Have a rest day and go again hopefully you'll get better weather🤗🤗

Thanks all! Think I'm just having an off day, hopefully the weather will be a bit more forgiving this coming week! 🤞

Running into the wind is really hard! I was out running the other day, my pace was fast (for me), I felt strong, I was thinking “wow, I’ve really cracked it!”. Then I turned round, and discovered why - I’d been running with the wind at my back 😂 Running home with the wind against me was ridiculously hard 🙈 Hopefully it’ll be calmer for your next run. Don’t worry, it’ll come!

Have you had time to get out and give it another go?
