Thank you to all that recommended not repeating weak 2 instead of just moving to week 3! Completed the first run of week 3 today and it felt good! Shall have more faith in the app from now on 😄 thanks again! ☺️

Great job! Let me let you in to a secret: your body is amazing and is just waiting there for you to release it! You are going to be astonished at what you can do. I am astonished at what I can do. The benefits are so enormous, and the effort so minimal (I mean, HALF AN HOUR 3x a week for goodness sake) that I feel like the greatest dupe in the world for not doing it before. The run to the finish line is actually downhill. You've already done the hardest part.
