Week3 run1 success

QuandoQuandoQuando profile image

I got through the run yesterday evening after genuinely thinking I wouldn't. Very pleased with myself. It actually didn't feel as hard with repeating a routine, as opposed to the starting-and-stopping that felt endless in Weeks 1 & 2. If that makes sense.

Anyway, going for a quick swim tonight on my break day. Got a busy work week ahead so not sure when I'll get out again - might do a lunchtime run.

Well done! I was very nervous about week 3 and am now very nervous about week 4. But the programme hasn't failed us yet and neither has it failed the hundreds of people who have completed it!

No need for nerves, follow the programme , trust it and have faith in yourself.. slow and steady :)

Keep it slow and steady and make sure you keep the exercise up on rest days too :)
