Run without the tumble

After Tuesday's almighty tumble at the end of my allotted running time i was black, blue and gravel grazed in more areas than i could count. I heeded tbe advice from this lovely forum, ested up and finally ventured out again this morning.

I decided to repeat my previous w5r2 (on flatter terrain in the daylight) rather than risking the step ip to w5r3. Glad i made tgst choice as two minute runs with a colourful hip were hard enough BUT I did it. Yay!

Thanks for all your support
