Well I feared it and almost managed it can’t believe I ran for 12 mins solid which is a all time result for me then did the other 8 . I’m s little disappointed had to stop but on the other hand I couldn’t run a few weeks ago . I’m gonna re do week 5 but I will not give up xxx

Don't do the whole lot again! Just rest up.. and then head out again slower! Start slow and then slow down

I can't believe I completed week 5 this morning . It was great because there were 2 others with me who managed it primarily because they slowed right down to my snail pace. No idea how or when I'll manage to speed up but feeling super chuffed as couldnt run for 1 minute 5 weeks ago 😊
That’s the spirit, always take the positive solution. Nine weeks is only a guide, we are all different, if it takes you 19 weeks, you will have succseded, and you reap the benefits of completing this marvellous programme.
