Week 9R2

I'm going to call the run today an early graduation prezzie. As I was home not working this morning I decided to go and try the park.run. OMG it was busy. A tad confusing for this old solo c25 lady. At the newbies chat met a couple of friendly ladies. Off we went all 460 runners. Its our town park and 3 laps. Just into my second lap a lovely lovely lady spoke to me. She told me it was her 55th park run. I said it was my first and I was 55! She took me under her wing and ran just ahead of me all the way round to the end. She gave me distraction ideas and helpful advice. It the end she just disappeared, so I could not thank her GRRRRR. I managed to complete no walking /stops in 39m 34s placed 423/459 runners. Very happy with that.

Brilliant, well done. Parkrun is fab and that isa good time..... we are not all gazelles but so what, we run 😎🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻. Stick with the 30 mins for your final run so as not to tempt injury.

Graduation is on the horizon, step up to the podium runner!

Thanks. Eventually I'd like to get it down to 30 mins, but I've got my future for that. Planning a run and chat on Tuesday for Graduation now.
