Thats my thought entirely! Just get in to the groove, and BAM, walk! This is genuinely the first time i feel like i have had to grind it out to complete it.
You're doing great, especially as you now just want to run uninterrupted. You'll be so ready to push yourself and get the longer runs under your belt. Enjoy your rest day and good luck with W6R2 only a 3 minute walk within your 20 min run, then ... 😀
