This is my first time and I've nearly finished week 3. I'm not an expert but I'd say go for it, I've read posts on here people doing it a second time and finding it easier second time round! I don't think you'll regret it and any exercise is better than none. Good luck 😀

I'm here with you every step/ run of the way👍😊my story so similar but taken me longer to to get back after my fall in jan as i restarted again several times but never got back to posting as i felt id failed in giving up !! In july i was back up to 26 mins running & went on hols wish broke my routine & i got out the way of it & weight going on a bit plus feeling a bit low so im back!! Started at week 3 as i had been walking so even although im on holiday running gear with me!! Plus 3 & 7 year old grandchildren 😂😂 i was amazed after week 3 run 2 and continued walking for 4.1km that great buzz was back!! Yahoo! Was surprised it was so soon ! I know im going to have good & bad days but im going to keep posting this time & reading posts daily as thats what gets me out the door the support of everyone else so lets keep each other going as someone else reading this might be feeling same as us and realise is good to come back to our running 🏃 friends for support, tips and motivationn😊👍il be looking out for us both at that 30mins running & then 5k for me after as realistically that takes me longer😂slow & steady is me😂happy return to running 😊
