Morning runners,

Alarm at 6.20am did not wake me up, I miracleresly get out of bed at 6.35am and geared up. A shot of water with lemon, trying to find all gadgets for my dog, and off we went in the dark streets. Warm up walk, she did what she should do, I thought 'Great, no stopping during run'. Oh, I was sooo wrong. She had to stop for longer and me for cleaning 2 more times, plus she stole a ball. Taking newly found ball from her is almost impossible and takes time. So I did and did not my 2 x 10 min run.

My lungs today felt much better. But my sore muscles... That's completely different story. I am also doing FitnessBlender 5 day challenge for busy people, so 0.5h exercises for different muscle groups. I thought 30 min running every other morning plus 30 min every evening shouldn't be so hard. In the end just a few days ago, I did killer (for me) hike in Madeira that took me 6 hours. Well, today is day 3 and I am still standing, maybe I need a hand with stairs, walking, sitting, etc, but I am still standing :)

I was running with my dog from time to time only, not every run. We need to learn a little more cooperation ;)

I am tired, but I think not exhausted. If I feel a need day rest or additional day rest, I'll honour it and just do easy walk with 🐕 without anything else and watch some film ;)

Madeira is famous for those hills and the basket runs down them. By the sounds of things you aled every hill Madeira had to offer. Rest and chill....
