Just got home from Wk3Run1 and despite my knees nagging me a bit, I feel really good! Wasn't looking forward to the 3 minute runs, but they definitely weren't as bad as I'd anticipated! It feels like my legs will be sore tomorrow, but if things go the same as the last 2 weeks, they (hopefully!) won't feel anywhere near as sore as I think they're going to! Fingers crossed eh! π

Well done Snodi. See you can do it. Look after that knee. Some stretches and then a nice hot bath. Take plenty of rest before the next run, maybe some heat / ice if the knee starts to complain. Keep posting we're here cheering you on. :0)
