Happy Bunny today.

Week 8 is in bag, and running with another person rather than just my phone. I tried hard yesterday to find an excuse to cancel. She waited all day for the excuse. lol. She is a fitness instructor/ addict, who is married to a marathon runner. So superfit. Talking winded me continuously, but we carried on. I did it

Just 3 runs left before graduation. How the blooming heck have I got here. It is just not real.......

Well done you especially with a talking companion.. I found it was all I could do not to swear constantly at Mr Smooth when he was coaching me... so a friend really would have either been punched or tripped up!
