Another break, another come back. I hope this time it will go smoothly to my graduation.
It was Monday, alarm went off at dreadful 5.30am. Thinking 'What the hell am I doing?!', I geared up and went out to the darkness of the night. Very brisk walk to keep me warm, and then the first 5 min run. I thought I will die, I went too fast, my lungs were screaming, my heart wanted to jump oit of my chest, but I keep pushing and miracleresly managed to survive till the end of first of 3 runs. While my organism went back to acceptable quite fast, my thoughts were all about next 8 min run. When I heard that I should start running, I paced myself really slow, so @Oldfloss would be proud of me. Surprisingly, it went pretty easy, partially because of a slight slope downhill. One more walking break and the last 5 min run that passed almost unnoticed.
I can say I'm back on the horse As yesterday I did also 5k with my dog and half an hour of strength exercises, today I am pretty sore, but I cannot wait for tomorrow's run.

Somebody kidnapped my muscles and lungs, and I'm still waiting for the note. I will pay anything to have them back with me. So if you do have them please come forward, I've prepared a reward.
Oh today getting out there was even harder, although later.
