Interesting that you started running at 57 - my 56th b’day (and a great article in the Guardian) was the spur to download the app and get running.

It is a great age to get started. Young enough to be able to push encroaching decrepitude back and old enough to really appreciate that regained vitality.

We had an 82year young graduate this week, just proving that age is purely a number.
