Welcome.. wiggle away! This is a great place to be wiggling.

Follow the programme, take your rest days and listen to your body. The pace is slow and steady.. all the way to graduation... keep posting for amazing support and encouragement too.

The only thing now, is to get the running shoes on, and post a report of your first run... which will be..... when ?:)

Welcome to the family, lol. Everyone one here is a great support and full of advice, you won’t regret it.

As the others have said, take it easy and take your rest days in between runs. Enjoy it! X
