So yesterday I got back on it with a cheeky run on holiday in Thailand and today I followed that up with 4.63 kilometres. Body feels great as both days I stretched and warmed up in the pool beforehand. Today I warmed up and down properly and counted the warm down out. I could easily have gone on to the 5K but having done it yesterday I felt no need.

So pleased IC did not do my head in. It was close but not close enough. 22.2 KG lighter helps but the GP is not happy neither the physio.

Always listen and digest advice!!!!!!!

Now for WK9 which will be completed in other parts of Thailand.

Keep on running.......

Good to see you are back running, serious location envy.

Khao-Yai next for a couple of days, then BK, Koh Chang, Phuket and BK again. I shall run once in each location taking me through the line of WK9.
