I graduated on my 65th birthday in April, did some parkruns and then injured my Achilles. Took a couple of months off running to let my Achilles heal and then restarted C25K at week 5 and today, I completed my graduation with a parkrun round Lake Divonne in France. It was the 13th anniversary of the Parkrun and with my daughter and her partner running with me and the promise of cakes at the finishing line, I did a pb of 32:42. Feeling chuffed and exhausted and this time round, I will ask for a graduation badge. Its a great program and forum and hope your running goes well this weekend.
