Well that was the easiest run for a while. I think that it helps me running with a big group of people. Completed the 5k in 33 minutes which was over 3 minutes faster than 2 weeks ago so am feeling happy😀
Off to Portugal tomorrow to try and graduate in the sunshine. Just hope it isn't too hot!
