Week 3 Run 3
Lorraine, just take it slow and steady, aim to get to the end of the run, don't worry about speed or distance yet.
Don't worry too much about the future runs either, just take them one at a time and trust the program, it's getting you ready for the later runs without you realising it. It does work.

I've just completed W4R1 and I didn't die. I couldn't believe that I managed it I felt the same as you, asking everyone for advice. I made sure I went slower than week 3 then I managed to speed up a bit for the last run. Obviously so sweaty but the distance I ran I was proud! Go for it and enjoy it. You can do this.

I’m hoping to do wk4 r1 tomorrow or Sunday if I don’t get the chance tomorrow. I’d never have thought I could run for 3 minutes before I started this but I have. I bet you probably felt the same? We’ll get through this together and we can absolutely do this. 💪🏻
