push through it im glad i did now might have a couple of days to get better. im worried if i stop i wont start again as i never stick to anything. How are you finding it?
I think you will finish this, we are right here to help you... and running whilst not on top form will take some of the enjoyment out of it too. It is meant to be fun and not an endurance test
It it is not possible for most people to get enough volume of air in through the nose when running, so while it may be an ideal, it is not necessary to pursue it as a technique.
Breathe without thinking and it is still difficult, slow down.
