I only did it woohoo and with a chest infection ok so i coughed and spluttered my way around but i got there.

Had a peek at wk3. shock horror run 3 mins !! Looks daunting but il be feeling better i hope by then.

Breathings my biggest issue is it in through nose out through the mouth.

Just breathe.. that is all..howvwer you do it every day!

Just make sure you are feeling okay too. The runs will still be there:)

It really should be..if you are going slowly and not pushing too hard :)

Maybe your chest infection is still hanging on.. ? If so, just rest up until you feel completely well?

Well done! I've just come down with a cold, and completed Wk2Run2, but way to go you, must have been hard with all that coughing! 👍

push through it im glad i did now might have a couple of days to get better. im worried if i stop i wont start again as i never stick to anything. How are you finding it?

I think you will finish this, we are right here to help you... and running whilst not on top form will take some of the enjoyment out of it too. It is meant to be fun and not an endurance test:)

It it is not possible for most people to get enough volume of air in through the nose when running, so while it may be an ideal, it is not necessary to pursue it as a technique.

Breathe without thinking and it is still difficult, slow down.
