C25k W2 Run 3

First time I have run with my dog. It was a bit stop start but up made it around, plus he had a run off lead as a reward.He doesn't look happy because he hates having his photo take.

Good for you! I did all C25K with my dog (off lead), then Juju’s magic plan… he really kept me going! Then I lost him and got very, very sad… I haven’t picked up running yet like before, though it’s been a year now. Enjoy running with your dog, it’s wonderful for both human and canine! 😊
