Great!

I would like to add, calories lost and fitness level achieved, after two days,each week spent with, and caring for, small runner in training, ( granddaughter). The routine includes playing, up and down from floor level, walking, ( at least nine miles over the course of the day) , lifting, and carrying, said small one, whose favourite toy.. is Grammy...me!!! :) I am the best gym in the area:)

I think it depends on how much effort you put into some of these activities. I can build up a sweat doing all sorts of other things 😉

I can build up a sweat just thinking about work and important emails and meetings and ... wait, that's not what you meant, is it ;)

(Though I wonder how many calories anxiety burns?)
