I done week one and felt great, I'm really tired today and still managed to get out, but I redone week one as I felt I left too much time inbetween the runs. even though I still managed to get out and didnt fail myself i still feel poop! Tomorrows another day

Make sure you take your rest days in between and if pooped.. then slow down more

I was a bit of a 'Speedy Gonzales' in W1&2 and (just like Oldfloss recommends) by slowing down just a tad I found the W3/4 runs bearable. Keep on going love2themax!
Every week I think I can't do the next. I'll just repeat the previous week Then I think we'll just give it a try So now I'm on W5R2 - and I haven't repeated anything yet
Give the nx week a go - you never know!!!!

well done for finishing week 1...& its ok to repeat weeks, just because it says its 9 weeks doesn't mean to say that's all it should take you, we're all different...I was stuck on week 3 for a couple of weeks before I discovered this forum...& then there was no stopping me...and like Oldfloss says....slow down more if your struggling...keep us posted
